What this service is

Lettza is software and we are the vendor, not an introducer, a reseller or a lead broker. The free worksheets do arithmetic and render documents from the figures you enter, and Lettza Pro keeps those figures as a record you can read, edit, print and export. We provide the tool; the figures, the tenancy and the decisions are yours.

How we are paid

Lettza Pro is $49 per month, billed monthly in advance through Stripe: you pay us, Ellul Solutions Ltd, the legal entity you contract with, and that is the name on your receipt. It renews on the day you started until you cancel. Cancel any time from your account page: the plan runs to the end of the month you have paid for, nothing further is taken, and your record stays readable and exportable.

Online payments. When you connect your own Stripe account and take a payment through a pay link, Lettza charges a platform fee of 1% of that payment, in addition to Stripe's own processing fee. Stripe deducts both from the payment before it is paid out to you; Lettza never holds your customers' money. The rate that applies is the one shown in your account on the day the pay link is created, and a change to it applies only to links created afterwards.

The free worksheets and what you may do with them

The worksheets on this site are free to use, to print and to send to a tenant or an owner. You may not resell them or present them as your own product. Anything you enter and anything Lettza renders from it is yours.

No warranty

The worksheets do the arithmetic you ask of them from the figures you enter, and the record keeps what you put in it. They are not legal, tax or insurance advice and they do not tell you what a lease, a notice or a deposit must contain in your state: that is your attorney's work and the statute is the landlord's duty. We do not warrant that a document produced here satisfies any particular state's requirements.
