Lettza is operated by Ellul Solutions Ltd. This page explains what happens to information submitted on this site.

What we collect and why

When you use a worksheet on this site nothing you type leaves your browser: the arithmetic runs on the page and we never see the rent, the tenant or the address. If you send an enquiry we collect the name, email, business and message you put in the form. If you open an account we collect your email and the records you choose to keep in it: your properties, units, leases, tenants, rent lines, work orders and documents. We deliberately collect no credit, criminal or screening data about any tenant, because Lettza does not do screening.

Legal basis and sharing

We do not sell your details and we never pass an enquiry to a letting agent, a management company or a lead broker. We share data only with the processors that make the service work: Cloudflare (hosting and the database), Stripe (payment, which handles your card details directly so we never hold them), and Mailgun (the emails the service sends). Each acts on our instructions under a contract, and we name them so you can read their terms yourself.

Retention

Enquiry records are kept for 24 months, then deleted. Aggregate statistics that identify nobody are kept indefinitely.

This site uses cookieless, aggregate analytics. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking, no consent banner needed.

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, or ask for deletion at any time: hello@lettza.com. We respond within one month.
