Lettza Pro is $49 per month and renews automatically each month on the day you started, until you cancel. The price and the renewal date are shown before you pay and again on your account page, and we email you if the price ever changes before it takes effect. Cancel any time from your account page and the plan runs to the end of the month you have paid for; nothing further is taken. Your record stays readable and exportable after cancellation so you can take every property, lease, ledger and document out with you.
Online payments: Stripe's processing fee plus a 1% platform fee per payment, deducted before your payout.
Should you buy a full property-management suite instead?
If you run several hundred units with a team, syndicate listings, screen applicants in-house and need trust accounting your auditor signs off, buy a full suite: that is what they are for and Lettza is not trying to be one. Lettza is for the landlord and the small manager whose record is currently a spreadsheet, who wants the lease, the ledger and the rent roll to be one straight thing and does not want to run an implementation to get it.
